POKE trays

Canteen’s Poke menu launched in 2016 as the first Poke offer Western Australia had experienced. Prepared in a more traditional Hawaiian style of diced raw fish served over warm rice with accompaniments Canteen’s Poke trays are now legendary in Perth’s northern suburbs. Using interesting and delicious fresh fish Canteen has a variety of Poke trays which have included Snapper, Cobia, Salmon, Tuna and smoked Trout. A visit to Canteen must include a Poke tray or three!
